ML Model for Customer Cases at Alliant Energy
The goal of this project was to create a machine learning model that uses natural language processing techniques to classify and predict the close reason given the details of a customer complaint case.
Closet Calendar Android App
Our app is an improved version of a calendar that lets the user keep track of the clothes that they have worn and will wear. The app will also allow the user to make comments/descriptions about the outfit for better planning in the future. If the phone can track via GPS, the app will also allow the user to see the weather and location for each entry.
